You won't find any vehicle that has any place on a public road for that sort of money, in my experience. You'll just be buying somebody else's scrap.
If it's not in "good condition" you shouldn't dare to "drop u in work and come back home". You have to use the road to do that, you need a vehicle in good condition for that.

Very doubtful. You will find an early 2000 model but as for the condition only you can judge after seeing the vehicle. Keeping checking QL classified section regularly.
