I am living in a sub leased accommodation so what documents do i require to apply for family visa in terms of accommodation. As i have rest of the documents required for applying for family visa.

Hi Mary,

Please can you help me with below information regarding Family Visa.

1. Does i need to get my wife police clearance certificate from India ?

2. does i need to carry original Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate ? ( as of now both this documents are in India )

3. Family visa has to been applied only in Gharafa Immigration or i can apply at any other center ( Abu hamour, wakra etc)

Yes nowadays rules are very strict. To applying the RP please follow the below details.

1. Salary Letter from Employer -salary overall to be minimum 10000 QAR

2. Copy of Your passport and Work VISA Page

3. Copy of your Education Certificate (ATTESTED )

4, Marriage Certificate (ATTESTED )

5, Child(s) Birth Certificate(s) (ATTESTED )

6) rent agreement duly attested by muncipility (muncipilty shall require another set of documents like copy of title, copy of owner QID, lay out, etc. for stamping)

7, 6 Months bank statement

The main contract is between a company and my land lord, so can a subcontract be also attested by municipality???

Ask your Land lord to give u tendency contract, so that you can attest that contract by municipality, Now a days this is strict rules.

You have to obtain Tenancy Contract & attest it by Municipality by paying 1 - 2% of total annual rent. But you say u sub-leased, I don't think you will what u required?
