It’s no state secret, Spy is a super fun watch!
I love this girl Melissa McCarthy! She’s super fun and so confident and comfortable with her own body.
Spy just goes on to show how much she has improved in the acting department since the early days. There’s no doubt about it – McCarthy and director Paul Fieg bring out the best in each other.
McCarthy plays the role of Susan Cooper, a CIA analyst who loves to get into the field, but is doomed to spend her life behind a desk.
When an arms dealer compromises several of CIA’s top agents and render them ineffective, it proves to be her best chance to live out her dream of being a spy. She volunteers to go undercover to Paris on an assignment.
But being a spy is not an easy job. Her cover story is ridiculous and she has to put up with a nut-case agent (Jason Statham) who ridicules her every move.
How she starts badly before going on to live her dream forms the rest of the story.
Don’t take your kids to the movie because they’re the wrong audience for it. It’s rip-roaring fun, but some of the sharp dialogues may get you warm under the collar. There obviously are some cuts here and there and it does take a bit of the fun away.
This is an awesome spoof on the spy movies we’ve come to love and adore. If one thinks it’ll be short on action sequences, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
VERDICT: This movie is undeniably fun and a perfect way to end your evening on a good note. Go watch it now. I give it an 8 out of 10.
No Mention of Entourage Pirate? I saw it and the irony of the edits was quite funny, you just have watch it to see what I mean. No spoilers. Still great to watch if followed the TV show.

Muslims reading this post I remind you that the Month of Ramadan has approached, therefore we should abstain from watching movies and get our spirits ready for the Holy Month by reading Quran and lowering the gaze .
