Dear All,

I need your kind views about this matter, My son is now 03 years 02 months old. I have finished all his vaccination up to 02 years age from Hamad Hospital. After 02 year age vaccination was due in 03 year age but unfortunately I lost his card. Kindly let me know what will be the procedure to get Duplicate card or to complete vaccination.

Why don't you contact Hamad Hospital and they could guide you. Surely, they must be maintaning a record also.
