3 to 4 days transit in Qatar

Hi
My brother in law and his family are going from Pakistan to Malaysia through Qatar airways.
They want to stay with us for 3 to 4 days in Doha. They got Pakistani passport. What visa they need and what is procedure. Can Qatar airways get them a visa for 3/4 days.

To my knowledge, tourist visas can be obtained only by hotels and for that you have to contact any of these hotels in Doha. I guess it may cost you much. Check with them and decide for yourself.
i know i can get them a visit visa but procedure will take time thats why i was thinking of tourist visa
transit is 2hours but we deliberately chaning to few days so that they stay with us
actually Malaysian airline does not operate from Pakistan and instead they got contract with Qatar airways so if you book Malaysian airline then you get Qatar airways from Pakistan to Qatar then Malaysian airways from Qatar to Malaysia
Kanchan786: This is indeed very unusual. From Pakistan to Malysia they would be travelling in South-East direction. Why would they be coming first to Doha which is west of Pakistan? As for your query you may need a visit visa for them or you can get them on a tourist visa through any of the leading hotels in Doha. I do not think Qatar Airways would be able to get you a visa but you can check with them or with the Qatar embassy/consulate in Pakistan.
