Accha , Ankur is a learner , his background status to feed the advocates / family's consent is not clear yet ......... how much hard cash he has in his saving a/c ..... how long can he stay here without salary .......... what will happen if his visa comes up for renewal .......... if needs to make a trip to his home / exit permit issues will crop up ............. if he fall ill does he has enough friends to support him in emergency circumstances .............. if Ankur has answer for all these questions then he may decide to proceed towards the court / advocate's office .......... You should think f-o-u-r times before writing a comment like this one. A friend of mine went to court when all options and efforts of coming to an amicable settlement with his employer failed. They day he filed the case, the employer called him and begged him to withdraw the case and offered to solve the issue within a week.
