Visit visa Cancelation of Application

Hi! Im Michael Bautista. I would to ask some question regarding the status of visit visa of my wife and my son. Because i applied the visit visa application last march 10, 2015 and after 3 days the application for my wife is "under review" and for my son is "rejected". And now the application is expired but in the system is still active. That is why i cannot apply for new visit visa application because my old application is still appeared in the system. My question is how can i cancel the application in the system? To update the status and to indicate in the system that it is already expired. Hoping that you can help me regarding this.
