Bad breath and tooth pain problem

dear friends or community, I need help cause I have bad breath and tooth pain problem since I have born. I need some help to solve it. is there any volunteer dentist can treat me so I can stop feeling shame and sad in front of every body. I'm willing to spend money for that but I don't have. Please help me

Hi,

Agree with Addie Boeing brush your teeth twice after meals and before sleep...continue to gargle Ur mouth with salt mix hot water for 1 week, 2nd week soak some cloves in water over night and gargle your mouth every morning.....continue the routing and visit a dentist at least once a year..

as acchabaccha said chewing gum will also help u get rid of this problem.

Brush teeth after meal and before sleep t night. Boil some mint leaves in water and sprinkle small amount of cinnamon. Do gargles and use as mouth wash. Moreover neem tree maswaak will help to deal with this issue.

While you may seek medical attention, suggest you keep cardamoms with you. Just put one small seed in your mouth every two or three hours and it will take care of the smell. You may also try try chewing gum in place of cardamoms off and on.

No need to feel shame . Many suffer from same issues. Go see your local dentist or dental hygienist
