They r send to everywhere there is a requirement for food & dress. U have a choice either u can give to Qatar Charity or RAF or Qatar Red Crescent or any other NGO that is located in qatar. Dont give to ppl who come and ask, as they will take it from you for free and sell in Najma for money.

u can find green box on a public places,u can drop them there

eg: Childrens park in Madinath khalifa south/ near al meera
