Baladiya attestaion on rent agreement
Is it necessary to have baladiya attestation on rent agreement for some legal procedures in future?? Also what are the required documents and fees for it?? Where can I do that? Is it to be done by our rent company,owner or by ourselves?? While leaving or ending the contract, do we need to cancel it or any other procedure to follow at the end of the contract??

The baladiyah process is a requirement for getting the family visa sorted.
the fee is 1% of annual rent. the fee for the agent , was for me QAR200. you can do it or the agent can do it.
