Process to remove travel ban

Hi. I recently got terminated in my company that I worked for 6 months only. then I found a job but in order to transfer my sponsorship I have to Cancel my RP, exit and my new company will give me a new visa. I already cancel my RP and now im here in my home country. My previous company said that instead of giving me NOC, they will remove my travel ban in Immigration. They said it will take 3weeks to finish the process. After that, my new company can apply a new visa for me without NOC. and I can enter again Qatar.

My Question is is there anyway to know that the removal of Travel Ban is finish?

Is it really take that long to finish the process?

according to my information you must need NOC from your previous employer i dont know about this travel ban thing...

if company will not give you noc that means you will be ban for two years in Qatar only you can come on visit visa...
