Visa Rejected

Last monday my visa application was rejected by immigration, the reason is im still under two years ban but i have a stamped cancelled visa and my last departure in Qatar was April-14-2013 i am morethan two years outside the country am i still be able to obtain visa? please advice
Is it possible for them to do such thing? i think my new employer's P.R.O. should take care with regards to that issue.
Your employer might be the culprit. He extended your ban. Check with him.
Yes i do i have the documents needed to exit Qatar (Exit permit). and they cancelled my visa, i have the cancelled page.
Did you exit properly with all the papers from Qatar? You have to contact your previous employer to lift the ban since you finished two years.
What do you mean two surname? but the other can obtain visa after 1.5 year of their ban. in depend to your PRO.
