plz any one help i want to unsubscribe bcoz they are deducting balance from my mobile every week

they had given me a message to unsubscribe but it is not working the message is to unsubscribe send a message (stop 77) to 97125 but it is not working

Compose new message (Stop 77) and sent to 97125 you can unsubscribe.....I thought u replied with the same message it will not work..you should create new message.............
