Currently I am working in a construction company from 22nd oct 2013. My current work visa will expire by october 22nd of 2015. I got an offer from other company in Qatar but they were asking for NOC which my current company don't provide (Not provided to previous employees also). Without NOC i can't work for any other qatari company for next 2 years(I can come back to present company in these 2 years). My question is as my visa expires by 22nd oct 2015, can I exit(by resigning current job) and re enter qatar on new visa/sponsored by new company?????? Do I still required NOC from previous compant do re enter Qatar to join other company???????

@molten metal....yesss he can come on arrival visa or tourism visa but not on business visa.....
In every case you need an NOC . Or you can not work for 2 years .

I joined my company sept.2013 and I asked if i can take my vacation on sept 2015 and they refused so they said sign a resignation letter then they cancelled my visa and send me to home county. My problem now, I dont know if I can still work in Qatar? Or do I have to wait for two years. previous sponsor dont want to give me NOC. Kindly help...

Rakesh, Can he enter Qatar on a visit visa to say salamalequm to his boss or ex colleagues ... ?
in any case, if you want to work again in qatar, you need to get a NOC from your present employer. Else you would be barred for 2 years from working in qatar... you can come back to qatar again on a new work visa only after 2 years if you dont get a NOC.. how ever u can visit qatar on arrival visa if you become a GCC resident( but with certain visa categories). Hope this clears your doubt...
