Hi all.

I have started working in a company and they are processing my labor card.

My title is Architect, but they have told me that I need to be registered as an Engineer, and therefore, I need to be registered as Engineer in the MMUP because the rules have changed.

Is that true?

Could anybody clarify me what can I do if I want to receive my labor card as Architect? Which documents do I need and where should I go?

In case what they are telling me is true, what is the procedure, and in any case, which documents do I need?

so as I understand, as an architect, i have to be registered as Engineer. Am I right? what scares me is making an exam of engineering if my background is in the architectural design.

Yes what they say is true . You need to go to the upd Qatar . They will attest your degree to see if you can sit the exam

Architect is falling under the category of Engineer. Are you not aware that they giving priorities and privileges to workers with Engineer's visa?
