Doha Bank - Negative Performance
I am a customer of Doha bank since past 4 years & i face difficulties dealing with bank.
When ever i visit the bank atleast i have to wait in the Queue for about 45mins to 1 hours to speak to the customer service with very bad customer service, Call center has no information they respond with a rude attitude.
Even Negative rating is a good rating for this bank, Its a hig time for patience.
There is no customer Performance survey, no Reveiw with Customer for the banking experience. No Escalation pannel within Doha Bank.
Which bank is a better bank to deal in Qatar customer service & peformance ? Please advise.
Doha bank is one of the worst bank in Qatar. Never open an account if possible.
Very bad bank! I received my Gratuity money from my employer last August and until now it is still in Doha Bank. I hope Qatar Living could help me.
If you want to open an account in Doha Bank make sure you are job less and you have enough time to visit (4-5 times) and wait for long hours.
In terms of customer service Doha Bank is one of the worst bank in Qatar. I am trying to open a savings bank account from last two weeks. They have a mentality that you come back another day they dont have time etc. If we question them they will complain to us that their system have technical issue, the branch don't have enough staffs etc.. All these things they will say to us after waiting for long hours

Never go to Doha Bank for anything. For last 5 days I have been trying to open an account with them. One day they tell your that their system is not working, another it will be the Branch Manager who's so busy and can't take out 30 seconds to sign my account opening form. Tried calling their customer service and they were like, "we cannot help because our system is not showing any pending application in your name."
I would rate Doha Bank as the WORST bank in Qatar in terms of customer service. QNB is 100 times better.

You are right very poor banking and they dont know how to handle the customer.

All banks are the same. Customer Service is only a phrase for the website and sales gumph
CBQ i suggest for good customer service. I also experienced same with doha bank while i went to open my account with them. Later i come back and open my account with CBQ (Commercial Bank of Qatar)
I would advise Commercial bank of Qatar.......
