Go to the traffic dept. tell them you lost your Istamara, give them your QID number and they can reprint for a fee of Qr.100.00 (unless it is increased).
Hi Khaja_Kiraaak, since I have arrived in Doha only a short while ago and therefor I'm absolutely not sure about this, but: if you had your istimara done only yesterday, then certainly the garage or checking station where you had your car checked issued you a piece of paper. My guess is that the people at this place should be able to print you out a new form!? Or maybe when a car has renewed the istimara, the traffic department automatically gets informed! So you also might want to check with the traffic department in Madina Khalifa. You might also check the traffic violations on internet, then punch your licence plate number and there you can not only see the violations but also the vehicle road permit expiry date. Maybe you can see there if the date was renewed. Hope this helps you a little bit. Good Luck!

Suggest you report it immediately to the Traffic Police. They will guide you on the steps of getting a new one. Possibly, there will be a fee.
