Family RP

Dear all can some one help me.. I had applied for my Family RP in Feburary 2015 and was rejected then I went to the committee where they said your salary in bank statement doesn't match with the one in the contract/ NOC so i answered that it is because I have a fix salary plus commission that's why because of the commission there is variation. They said ok check after 3 days again.. Checked but the satatus didn't change... Now my company fixed that problem and today I went again to apply again after 6 months but the lady on the counter said last time you went to the committee so now you can apply after one year again.. Again went to te captain and he said you go again to committee... But the person on the reception said you should come on Sunday to get the appointment.. Can some one help and explain why they only give appointment on Sunday. I am going on annual leave on 20th September and afraid that the appointment date would be during my vacation... Do I have a chance to get my Family RP by any means... My Salary is 11000 and I have 2 Kids... Or should I cancel my Visa and go home.
