Manager, New Product Introduction with minimum 8 years of relevant experiences, needed for a leading multinational ICT company in Qatar.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer and Communication Engineer (CCE)
• Relevant Master’s degree and certifications are a plus
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience within service provider environments covering:
o Communication technologies, networking, security, systems and IP infrastructure applications
o Service delivery and service assurance
o Processes and procedures development
o Product/managed services development
• Excellent understanding of the Telecom operator environment, more particularly data services
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and partner relationship development skills
• Willingness to travel extensively to cover different countries and to spend most of the time in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Dual nationality is required
Job description:
• Work with the company and partners’ various departments for the introduction and launch of their managed services:
o Marketing (strategy, service development and management)
o Operation and Business support systems (CRM, Design, …)
o Billing, Sales, pre-sales, Customer Care and Operations
• Liaise between Partners and internal operation, product and commercial teams in order to deliver value proposition
• Review and contribute to the company and partners’ service descriptions, proposal templates, customer presentations, marketing communications, and interfacing processes. This may involve, in certain cases, full development of these documents.
• Take part in the Service Pricing, Benchmarks, and Business Case preparation
• Project manage the introduction of new services within partners’ organization (ensuring required signoffs from relevant departments, business and technical support systems updates, pricing approvals, technical pre-requisites implementations
• Report periodically to the Executives about progress, issues, or delays and follow up on a regular basis with all stakeholders
• Assist in sales training and non standard pre-sales for new services
• Prepare On-Demand and Periodic Service Performance Reports to Service Management teams
• Propose and Prepare Service Promotions and related Business Case
• Propose and Introduce Service Enhancements
• Take part in developing/evolving the Managed Services Roadmap
• Conduct presentations as needed to promote products and services
• Build good relationship with the partners’ different departments at different levels
• Assist in other relevant activities and projects as necessary for the successful operation and business
