Visa cancle

I am working in a company since 3 years. I gave resignation letter to the company.But they are saying that they will not cancel my visa (may be because of personal disputes). They only give me exit permit thats why i could not come back here again. They already issue exit. Is there any place to complain regarding this. I just want to cancel my RP instead of exit.

Is it possible to come here again after 2 years if my rp is not cancelled ? Wont they ask for NOC while I join to new company to get new rp?

If ur visa is valid then till 6 months you can enter in Qatar bit for exit you have need if exit always after that you will be banned for 2 years.

Your visa will be canceled automatically if you are 6 months out of Qatar. What you need is an NOC, but they have the power to give it or not. Qatar=Modern Slavery.
