wrong person delivered

I have an aramex package coming from US and i'm tracking it. Today at my surprise it was already delivered to a name XXXXXX crv74xxxx. my question is usually they ask Qatar I.D. no. from the receiver but this number 'crv74xxxx" is obviously not a Qatar I.D., can someone please help me find the answer, what does crv number means? the name of the person is likely Indian but not so sure.. TY in advance
Yascine actually I did.. many times, the point is this is very rare experience atleast for me. And we have a good community here that's why I seek information as well as share and inform others. Please don't be a troll and and to Khan thank you for your answer. I did mention what you said here to the customer service of aramex and it helps a lot to trace the mistake and now it is corrected..
Yacine: but someone from Aramex may read this , realise the mistake , contact the Indian named person, collect the parcel and deliver to the OP
For goodness sake can you not go and check there at Aramex? Do you have to ask here?
It happened with me once with Qpost...It was showing in their system that I had collected someone else parcel and they were going to take action against me. But on investigation it was found that the guy at the counter entered collected to a wrong line and the system showed that I collected someone else parcel and I didnt collect mine. The parcel was with Qpost itself.
