I got visa from Qatar for five years 15 days earlier.

Now I wanted to change some particulars in my old passport so I went to the concerned authority.

They told me that it will be changed but you will get the new passport with new passport number.

Can I travel with the same visa issued on behalf of old passport with my new passport with new number number along with the old passport to clarify at immigration department the reason for changes in my previous passport

Dear Amin

I suggest you not to make the new passport instead travel with the old passport & visa. You can easily change the personal particulars in Indian Embassy at Qatar.
