Grade 109 with Hamad Medical Corporation

I'd like to know how you dealt with your situation and what improvements you made over the last nine years if you are still working in HMC.

I have the same thoughts you had in 2015 since I might join soon with the same grade.

Always getting company accommodation is the best way to go about in doha as rent keep increasing often, accommodation provided by the company is good, but if you are planning to get your family immediately without getting company accommodation then temporary you can opt for housing allowance and stay independent but continue following up on your company accommodation with housing department.

Thanks Jumbo111, I am joining as a Project analyst in quality improvement department. Hence, assuming it as a respectable department to join with.

Grade 109, unfortunately is not the best of grades, but it depends on which department you join.

You don't get school till you reach 112. Getting housing is more difficult as HMC are real short of housing currently, some of my friends with 112 grade (Asst.Director) are still waiting for last 6 months to get accommodation. You can apply for housing allowance which will be around QRs. 5000 but getting single bed room accomodation is bit difficult but not impossible.

Housing provided (if you get) are good. Enough Allowance amount is paid if not furnished.
