What does "Awaiting Delivery" in Q-Post Web Site Means?

I'm waiting for a registered mail for almost 3 weeks now and as I checked on Q-post tracking system, my mail status was "Awaiting Delivery". My home address was used but no PO Box. Does this mean I need to wait for my mail to be delivered or I could personally pick it up from the post office. TIA

Pick it up from post office. Don't expect someone will deliver to you, unless u use ur workplace po box.
