i have worked as a Senior Executive with Spirit Airlines under Aegis BPO for 41 months, Bangalore. I have Knowledge of Airline reservation management system (SKYSPEED), sales management, customer relationship management, expert negotiation capabilities, effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills like MS WORD &EXCEL (Intermediate Level) and advanced level proficiency in web browsing like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox, quick decision making abilities, ability to deliver consistently under pressure situations, adaptive and a team person. I was the Ambassador for Aegis Ltd and was also rewarded with certificate for quality performance. Have also completed Spirit Airlines Reservation Training with certification.
