A private medical and beautry products company is seeking to hire for the position of Inventory Control Analyst. Salary varies based on experience level. 

Summary:

The Inventory Control Analyst analyzes and helps maintain inventory accuracy and integrity for Sales Center locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and correct inventory transactions.
• Reconcile variances to vendor invoices.
• Assist and support users at multiple service centers to resolve inventory related issues.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain and file documentation of inventory control transactions.
• Excel reporting as requested. Example: fast-moving items, slow moving items, production/expiry report 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Inventory Control or related area.
• Superior Excel skills.
• Dependable and detail oriented, with a high sense of urgency.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime on occasion if necessary. industry related experience is a plus.
• Healthcare/beauty industry related experience is a plus. Holding GCC license also a plus.
