Resigning - Need advice

Hello,

I just came here from qatar around 5 months ago. It's been 2 months since I got hired by my company, supposedly for a position of a secretary but I am currently handling the work worth for two people, document controlling and others. Some co-workers don't observe respect and professionalism. No overtime pay. In short, I am being exploited and not satisfied. I am planning to resign though I already signed the contract. Is it possible for me to leave the company without ensuing a 2 year ban? What possibility and process of switching jobs?

More details are as follows,

-employment contract already signed

-still under probation

- done with medical

- have not finger printed yet

-visa status: "in the country" (refer to the uploaded picture)

- Passport Stamped with visa? I will get back later to confirm it's status with my company.

I really appreciate any information or insights!

Thank you.

I thing You are in visit visa. you need to take NOC from you sponsor who gave visa to reach here in Qatar. If your company give visa mean you go back and come again here with new sponsor. Now you can't Ban for 2 year. nobody will not ban you until u got R.P in passport. R.P will be made after the finger. So don't go for finger

@Idcekm

Thanks! You gave me hope. Anyway, do I still need the NOC from the company? and if I resign under probation on a 2-year contract? Won't I be penalized for breaching it?
