Children's Transfer of Sponsorship (Wife to Husband)

Posting for a friend.

She badly wants to know the process of transferring her children's sponsorship from her to her husband.

Their kids has been in Qatar for almost 2 and half years now under her sponsor, which was with combined salary with her husband (around 16K). In which is applicable as per Immigration as long as the total package is 10K or above, with of course, complete required documents.

Anyone who has a legit knowledge (hopefully step by step process and document required) will be very much appreciated, because I myself doesn't have any answers on her queries.

And please no irrelevant response, serious matters requires serious actions and not attention seekers.
