Hi,

Today I have resigned from my company with one month notice,,,,,,,I have finished my contract in the month of August 2015. Company is not willing to provide all benefits and literally harrassing on the ground of blacklisting or banned. My management is having bad time with me and they are saying that they wil ban me without any benefits. is it possible ??? i m not a criminal or robber though,,,,,,,,So, is there any way to resolve this issue ?? Can i report regarding such matters with any govt. authority ??? plz need serious help. thanks.

Don't worry about your benefits you will get them all. They will not give you NOC that's it, but for the rest you do not have to worry. Just do what britexpat and equinox said

Keep the cool, they would pay you your benefits. U can report the matter to labor department, industrial area, street # 13, on main Al Attiya Road. The labor inspector would interview u and listen to your complaint against your sponsoring company. Then they would take up the matter with them for amicable resolution, if not then they would refer the matter to the civil court. While u are moving out of the company, it would be prudent to keep the cool, do not give them threats, and continue with your requesting attitude till u get the NOC and the benefits. Anger would not solve your problem, rather would add fuel to the fire.

Write to your management requesting full benefits and keep a copy.

File a case at the labour court
