Description
- Owns his project (current events, contractual obligations, customer needs)
- Is responsible for all the analysis works needed for the proper performance of his projects, i.e.
- Hours monitoring
- Cost details
- Contractual Revenues monitoring
- Extra revenues objective.
- Assists the Senior FM in pricing of large projects
- Managerial monitoring for such projects
- One or more PE(s) will be reporting to him/her.
- Coaches the PE, the supervisors, Team Leaders and the technicians
- Establishes the yearly plan for PM
- Makes technical interventions when needed
- Delegates properly the daily tasks to the PE
- Monitors the closing of CMs and intervenes when necessary.
- Quality assurance for the execution of the PM. (check list, actual execution, reports filling,
follow ups, etc..)
- Keeps smooth communications channels with the client
- Stay leading about all the events related to the project (prompt actions, do not wait for client
to call)
- Keeps the client posted about pending tasks
- Maintains the relation between the team and the client. (Proper introduction for the PE,Sup.,TL)
- Assures a prevailing high team spirit and company spirit
- Looks out for new opportunities to enhance the overall status of the client site and ensures
additional projects for more benefits.
- Handles major subcontractor related tasks, modifications, performance remarks
- Takes the necessary steps to meet the yearly objectives (preset in coordination with OM and
AOM)
- Leads his/her team successfully.
- Able to work under stress or on tight deadlines.
- of work including technical, financial and quality aspects, and in some situations, policy formation and application.
- Is held fully accountable for actions taken and decisions made, both by self and subordinates.
- Establishes or assist in the establishment of organizational objectives and delegates assignments.
- Decisions made are critical to organizational success.
- Influences developments within organization at highest level.
- Develops long term strategic relationships with customers and industry leaders.
- Highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects and contributing to formulation of strategies.
- Work involves creative application of a wide range of technical and/or management principles.
- Responsible for reporting to and referring to Operations Manager as directed on an individual basis.
- Exhibits maturity and professionalism in appearance and in methods of working with others.
