Family Visit Visa to Family Residence Visa Application form

I would like to ask if what is the the specific Application form for converting Family Visit Visa to Family Residence Visa. I went to Gharaffa Immigration this morning but the reception told me to change the form. Any positive response will be highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance...
@enaudlead, there is no visa converting form as such. You have to just type out a Residence Visa application form that's it. It can be easily done at any typing office, but preferably ones which are near to the Immigration Office itself on the main road. They will charge you QR.5 only for this service. Give them your details which they ask. Best of Luck :-))

You could have approached the arabic typing center next to the Gharafa Immigration. try any arabic center most of them know which forms are needed for which application
