Coming to Qatar on a job offer without getting a final exit from

I am an Indian national working in Saudi Arabia and I got an offer from Qatar and even I received the entry permit from Qatar employer. I already resigned on a personal ground and my resignation is accepted by my manager but HR does not want to relieve me and they are asking me to go on an exit re-entry visa and come back to Saudi once the personal issues are over. Accordingly they do not want to give me a final exit.

Kindly advise me in case my company does not give me a final exit, can I come and work in Qatar on the entry permit which is already issued by Qatar employer. If the answer is no, kindly advise me the alternate solution available.

heres my personal opinion, you anyway have an exit permit from saudi, and you have a visa to enter qatar. so you will come to qatar and the rest of the formalities needs to be done by the mandoob to get your residence visa. so as per the general gcc law, i believe if you stay out of your country for more than six months the visa will automatically get cancelled. hope this gives you some indication.

Boss,

In your case you need to cancel your saudi working visa to stamp Qatar Visa in your passport.

If you have valid any GCC country visa may be the immigration in qatar will not stamp the visa in u r passport.

your visa application will get approved in qatar Embassy but while u stamp they may ask to cancel the visa from Saudi.

u can try....but wilt limited chances.
