Position: Contracts Administrator
Reporting to: Procurement Manager
With reporting: Contracts officer
Career requirement: At least 3 years job experience preferably in contracts management of facilities maintenance companies
Minimum Educational requirement: University Degree holder
Language: Excellent in spoken, written English plus fluency in Arabic is necessary to understand government regulations.
System Exposure: MS Office software, ERP, CAFM related software
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions, should be very keen to contract provisions.
- Prepare contract summary, renewals and revisions mentioning contractual requirements and budgets.
- Prepare contract variation notices, monitor sub-contractor performance, including the reporting and status of sub-contractor and deliverables.
- Review sub-contractor performance matrix and attend internal/external audits.
- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor / client meetings.
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
- Ensure that the sub-contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, client specifications and government regulations.
- Expedite payments and contractual deadlines.
- Analyze and reduce contractual risk and handle project insurance application.
- Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
- Track authorizations and correspondence.
- Maintain detailed and organized files.
