Description

1. Can work independently and cooperatively as necessary with all other kitchen staff members to ensure healthy and timely camp meals

2. Assist in kitchen cleaning, including food storage

3. Can work under pressure, willing to work over time and in different shifts4. Can work under minimal supervision 5. Must have good oral communication skills6. follow appropriate sanitation standard  7. Highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, enthusiastic8. Assist with meal preparation as needed 9. Perform heavy cleaning, such as ovens and grill 10. Fixes Beverages, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups and sample desserts.11. Sweeps and mops walk-in, kitchen, refrigerator, work surfaces and dishwasher area12. Checks in and putting away orders and deliveries in storeroom and freezer on days needed.13. Perform other duties as required.
