Family Visa

Hi Guys, 

I got an situation and i am completely blank.. dont know what to do as i am not getting correct information or guidance. 

Well my wife is here and she was working with an company which she has already left. She did got her transfer letter from her company. Her visa is expiring on 27th of Nov 2015 (few days to go).

Now i was following up with my PRO for the letter from my company which i did recieved today i.e. 19th Nov 2015. 

Now i want to know if i apply for change of sponsership from her company to me i.e. on Husband visa, as the procedure takes long time around couple of weeks  i suppose can she still stay in qatar??? i have rough idea that there is a fine of 200 QR per day after visa expiry. or if she exits will the trasfer papers be valid and i can still apply for her visa after her exit?? and coming to the documentation part i have lease agreement which is a normal one will this be valid or do they want proper house contract as part of the document. 

Please guide me on this as i am quite stressed out and dont know what exactly i need to do.
