resignation for Qatar labor law
I was locally joined a company in Qatar and completed my medical finger at last moment the company is requesting me to get a one more NOC letter from my previous company at the moment the previous company is not longer in Qatar I am not in a position to get a NOC letter. Last five months I am working illegally without RP. I already inform to the management that I cannot continue with this company illegally and grant me my exit permit but the my company promises me to grant an exit permit and last two month they are not responding at me at all., few day a go I went to top management and discuses the matter they ask me to wait for replacement. They know very well that I am in tuff situation and if I got caught I have to go through CID ., and same time they are holding my passport too. Really I am fed up with the act of our company I need to go back to my country . what should I want to do…..?

go to the cid or labour court yourself before they catch you...anything you say after being caught is only going to sound like lame excuses...make the first move so that they help you, instead of making things worse for you...tell your company you are planning to take this step unless they sort it out asap...you also need to know that the company can and will be fined 50000 qr if they have your passport...you have everything in your favour and can help yourself...but if you wait to get caught, you will be the one in trouble...this useless company will not do anything to help you then...

My friend the company that you are complaining about , they can't do an exit permit for you , cos still you are not under their sponsorship.
Tell your boss you will approach the embassy & then proceed further ..........................
