irresponsible and poor banking service
Hello,
I submitted one cheque for clearing on 28th of julay(check the attachments) and its not credited yet, when i made an enquiry about this cheque they told me the cheque is missing.,finaly told me they will provide one letter for our cleint about the missing cheque, for this purpose i went to doha bank thrice , but still now i will not get a favourable reply from them .
Again they ask me to come tomorow so i ask them why? Its already taken four months ,the reason they told me whther it is 4 months or 1 year so what ¡
This the way they behave the way to the customer ; is this the right way to deal the customer with out giving proper information so i here by enclose my deatails of the missed cheque
