Sales Administrator (m/f)
Daman Health Insurance is Qatar's (Daman Qatar) only specialist health insurer offering a full range of private medical insurance products and services to Small to Medium Enterprises, Corporate and Governmental customers in Qatar. Your role will be to provide administration and other office duties that leave the sales team free to focus on their day-to-day business of engaging with clients.
Your Job
- Prepare all documents and data (letter of acceptance, member transaction sheet, insurance certificates)
- Process all types of endorsements in coordination with the production team
- Provide sales support in the renewal and enrollment processes
- Liaise with all relevant departments to retrieve needed data (claims history, statement of account)
- Maintain and update the shared folders (RFQ-request for quotations) and others for the clients and business tracking
- Perform document filing for each client
- Provide customer support
- Prepare members’ policy packages and client renewal packages
