husband sponsorship

i just want to ask an advice regarding my wife visa. before she was working here under company sponsorship then suddenly she went home without finishing her contract for 2 years then the visa cancelled. now i try to apply my wife visa under my sponsorship, she is here now with a family visit visa under my name then we try also to apply an RP under my sponsorship. We did the following Procedures

1. i applied my wife visa with family visit visa - done

2. i applied my wife an RP under my sponsorship all the necessary documents submitted and got the visa approval or visa ready to print, paid an amout of 200 qrs for transferring her visit visa to residence visa then again paid an amount of 500 qrs for residence visa for each year for 5 years visa and finger printing also was done this morning. but still we are waiting for the result.

my question now are the following.

1. is 2 years ban still applicable for my wie?

2. is there any problem for sponsoring my wife under my sponsor without getting NOC from her previous company? although she exited to philippines then come back with a family visit visa under my name.

3. how do we know if the finger print is ok or how many days or weeks we are going to wait for the result?

i am hoping someone will give us an advise its been 7 months since we process this application hoping for your advise thank you very much in advance.....
