I got noc release 4 months ago and i joined the company from where i got good offer with direct Qatari owner of the company.

It was planned between me amd Qatari for about past 1 year and then i got release as i am engineer in profession with family status in Qatar since 2007.

And i also proved in 3 months by doing good progress and oone project made in good shape which was worst before my joining.

However in the company there is nationality issue whai observed.

Now i am requesting almiat 6 or 7 times through letters that provide me my perks as agreed as per offer letter signed by Qatari owner. But he is not entertainig due to other nationalities who are culprits to given odd news its my opinion only.

I clearly requested clearly that refraim my perks as agreed as per offer letter or return my release noc.

When i joined this company i showed many more good offers to company owner he said join me since we ate waiting u since 1 year.

Still i ve many offers in hand in Qatar.

But how to further tackle. Shall i take help from Qatar Labor court as i ve proofs in my hand.

Pls advise.

Labour court will probably side with the contract since that is the document you signed and is binding
