Going out for a meal in Qatar is probably one of the most exciting things you could do in the city. Fortunately, there are plenty of food options here to satisfy the foodie in you.

If you're on the hunt for new flavours to taste and places to dine in, here are some restaurants that we think you should check out (if you still haven’t visited, that is).

#- Chef’s Garden

Close to Qatar Foundation, Chef’s Garden not only contains reasonable pricings, a delicious menu and pleasant views, but it also uses ingredients that are grown locally in the country. Their farm-to-table concept contains of freshly grown herbs and vegetables, organic meat and freshly caught fish.

Their official website even claims of special kids’ zone activities dedicated for the children.

#- Elements in Four Seasons

Inspired by the four elements-earth, fire, water and air- Elements restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel is an innovative restaurant with a blend of Asian, Indian, Arabic and seafood in their cuisine.

The restaurant offers buffets with live cooking stations for both breakfast and lunch. However, dinner remains an elegant affair with an à la carte menu.

#- Zaffran Dining

If you would care for some delicious Indian cuisine with a fine dining experience, then this would be the place to go to.

Located along the C-Ring Road, they not only come up with flavourful dishes, but also provide out door catering, events etc.

#- Al-Jazeera Café

With a combination of journalism and food, this restaurant located in Katara is a must-try if you're in the cultural village. You could enjoy some great food with the history of Al-Jazeera Media unravelling around you. Check out their Facebook page for more details.

#- Latino Restaurant at Sheraton Doha

Being the only South American restaurant in Doha, Latino Restaurant aims to provide classical South American cuisine to its guests.

There will also be live music (except on Mondays) and an eye catching interior to sum up the whole experience. Here’s their official website for further details.

#- Mykonos, Intercontinental Doha

Keen to try some Greek cuisine? Then Mykonos is the place to go! It could transport you to Greece with its mouthwatering dishes. It is part of the Intercontinental Hotel. Here’s their website for further details.
