Recruitment Officer
Purpose:
To develop an understanding of the client’s requirements, identify potential candidates through contacts, advertising, or job portal, assess candidate’s skills through interviews, tests and background checks, and then make recommendation.
Responsibilities:
• Establish contacts in the market with new employers for servicing their staffing requirements.
• Identify and evaluate the employer’s recruitment needs and document details and vacancy requirements in a brief.
• Negotiate consultancy fees to be charged to the client, clarify the salary and benefits relating the staffing requirements.
• Draft and release advertisements using approved media (normally news papers).
• Identify potential candidates through head hunting, networking and through references.
• Review applications; manage interviews and shortlist potential candidates.
• Maintain current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and other events to enhance the client base and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain, update and circulate weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Initiate opportunities to develop new verticals.
• Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time

Skills.
Ability to recruit candidates effectively as per the client's need
Ability to screening resumes and conduct interview.
Ability to negotiate with the candidate.
Ability to prepare offer letters and Appointment orders.
Male candidates preferably to apply for this position.
Must have minimum 2-5 years experience in the relevant field in the Recruitment firm.
Good communication skills.
Should have any Degree or Diploma
