Dear,
Salary Statement is not mandatory to change your sponsorship.
Once you got work with new employer he will open an account for you for salary transaction. No need to worry about Salary Statement.
But one more need to be clear.
As I said, For the last 2 months I am here on with my Sponsor. And my salary was not forwarded through bank. Shall I need to provide this 2 month salary salary statement for the proceeding.. means for visa transfer after 1 year.
Can you please clear this doubt..?

Yes, Ofcourse.
You can work with a new employer and it is acceptable.
You need to give them 6 months paper which is provided by the current sponsor.
You can work with employer. but you cannot change your sponsorship unless you completed 1 year.

Okay.. Then what about if the existing sponsor gives a transfer letter after 6 months (From the date of Joining)
My situation is that, I have visa, I'm just 2 months here on current sponsor and will get release letter from the current sponsor.
Two Release letter from the existing sponsor - First letter for the first 6 month and second releasing letter on after the first 6 month letter validity, for the remaining period, with this can I work with new employer? Is it acceptable?
1 year completion is a must to change your sponsorship.

Sir, Is it possible to change within the first year it self or need to wait to complete 1 year.
I heard it is not possible to change with in the first year. have to wait atleast 1 year. Any idea on this?
If company gives u noc u can shift to new company
