Company rescind the Job Offer

I have got the job offer from a company over a month ago and I accepted it. Then suddenly, the company stops responding my followup calls and mails.
Then after a month when somehow I managed to contact the manager, he said "We hired other person."
Now, what should I do? I didnot accept any offer after the acceptance of my offer even I told my company that I got a Job.
Is there any wayout for this. Can I take any legal action against them.

Why legal action...not necessary company need to take you...you can only take action until and unless you were in their sponsor...i dont find any reason for taking action...move on...best of luck
They got some one who asked for less salary than you. due to current situation they will go for the cheapest...lol
There is nothing you can do unless you had signed a binding contract with the company.
