Since your pregnancy took place outside Qatar, it may not pose a problem but it is better for you to get married quickly. As suggested above, take the assistance of your embassy and get the documents in order on top priority a basis.

if they know that you are pregnant and without marriage certificate..it could land you in trouble...so approach some one first who you know who can handle it without any troubles caused

You should have got pregnant after getting married.. do not go and say outside to any one you are pregnant else you could be in trouble. and if you go to medical during your visit make sure to inform them you are pregnant....iam afraid they might...so what ever do, do it legally...you should have got married there than here.

It is best to contact the embassy. They are allowed to carry out marriages. Is your BF from the Philipines also ?

Another option would be the church.
