Pakistan - Polio Vacination for Parents Visit Visa

If you are from Pakistan and applying for a visit visa for someone; immigration department is asking to submit the Polio Vacination with the documents.

Anybody knows where these Vacination Cards be stamped? they are asking to be stamped from Pakistani Embassy etc. But different people saying different things.

Did someone applied recently for the visit visa?

There is no hard & fast rule regarding polio certificate should be attested by Embassy or Mofa , I did applied weak a go and lady said this Polio certificate is not acceptable , i Went to captain he saw my Documents and approved. So, just try without Attestation and pray hard.

you need to get vaccination card in Pakistan and attested MOFA ministry of foreign affair in Pakistan then attested Pakistan embassy here in Doha and MOFA Doha
