Salary with held by previous company and terminated for last mont

Hi QL,
My previous company employed me with company sponsored visa for 3 months and send me back to my country without visa stamping or fingerprint. They promised me to transfer my last month salary to my home account but didnt do it.They have not responded to my mails nor answered my calls. After 3 months i found another job and returned to qatar. Now when I confronted them they are not willing to pay. They have done the same to one of my supervisor previously.
Kindly suggest what I can do. I want them to bring to justice.

Why not name and shame the company
Of course i have moved on to my new job. But such people has to be brought to justice otherwise they will do samething to more people.

forget it...this is usual practice...i would advice in this age do not take tension and move on with a new company...and before going for a new company; investigate about the company thoroughly
