BAN PERIOD?

Hi friends,

I worked in qatar for 3 years 7 months(2011-2015) as IT system engineer( under Administrative manager VISA). I resigned my job in may 2015. I try to apply business visit visa (3 months), But they need NOC for appling business visa. Is it right? Do i need NOC for applying Business Visit VISA. Almost 9 months completed. Do i have Ban for 6 months or 2 years?

Definitely you need NOC for business visa during the ban period of 2 years.

definitely you need an NOC...and do u think ur previous employer will give you..so basically u r ban for 2 years

I wish someone would explain a business visa to me... I always assumed that busienss visas were issued by companies bringing people in on work related issues...
