Employer change

Hello Friends

My classmate working in a company from about 5 month. He want to join my company. For this his employer is ready fill all formalities. He came to my Manager. My Manager replied him you can change your employer after one year as per rule.

Is there any possibility or any reference to join my company as per Qatar Law ?

This "Eyara" process.. does it require NOC to transfer to another company? Will my current company loose its visa if I transfer?

Dear acchabaccha,

After 6 months of getting Q. Id. your friend can legally work in any company with consent of his present company but he has to still be on his current company visa till he finished 1 year.

In Arabic this process is called "Eyara" .
