I AM WORKING IN A COMPANY IN QATAR FOR PAST 3 YEARS .I HAVE HAVE GO BETTER JOB OPPARTUNITY IN QATAR ONLY .MY CURRENT EMPLOYER IS READY TO GIVE ME NOC .CAN SOME BODY HELP ME LETTING KNOW THAT HOW CAN I CHANGE VISA WITH GOING OUT OF DOHA & CANCELLING MY FAMILY VISA.MY CURRENT QID IS VALID UP TO 2017.

You can transfer the RP without leaving Qatar. You are not cancelling your RP, you are transferring it. Both sponsors, the old and the new one have to do it together. Police report and certificates are required nowadays.
